Thinking Spring with these Free Images for You

When I was walking yesterday, there were signs of Spring evident.  I was looking hard.  I live in Maine where winter is the longest season of the year.  Snow is forecast for tomorrow, but I'm thinking the weatherman is playing an April fools joke.  So I'm thinking Spring with the free vintage images I'm sharing with you today.

The flowers appear on the earth;
the time of the singing of birds is come.
Song of Solomon 2:12

I hope you enjoy these free images I'm offering today.  I think they are just the sweetest.  I love the Victorian trade card with the woman in pink frolicking through the flowers.  The girl in her frilly dress seems like she has not a care in the world.  Oblivious to everything except the fragrant flower.

You can click on the image to bring it to a larger size before you save it.  Don't forget to comment the blog giveaway post below for a chance to win a pack of Victorian Children notecards.  I'll be drawing on Friday evening.  Thanks for stopping by dear ones.  Blessings to you and yours.

  1. Hi Abby,

    These cards are beautiful. I love your story about the girl in the frilly dress and the flower. It is so true! Or perhaps she is watching a single drop of dew move about the petal? I love these cards!
