Let us therefore come boldly
unto the throne of grace
that we may obtain mercy,
and find grace to help in time of need.
Hebrews 4:16 KJV
unto the throne of grace
that we may obtain mercy,
and find grace to help in time of need.
Hebrews 4:16 KJV
This verse has been on my mind today so thought I’d start my post with it. The word that stands out to me in this verse is BOLDLY.
It reminds me how to approach my Lord:
- immeasurable faith and confidence
- knowing most assuredly that He will help me in my time of need
- in a way only He knows is best
Remember, we can’t see the whole picture laid out in front of us, but God can. Only He knows our future and knows best how to help us.
It is my hope and prayer that the assuring words in Hebrews 4:16 would help your trust and faith to grow stronger. I'm constantly striving to be:
Less dependent on self,
&
&
more dependent on Him.

Thank you Abby, I needed to read this reminder again to know that I need to stay focused on what He has me doing right now and not worry about what my purpose for the future is.
