Hello my friends. Thanks for all the encouraging comments you’ve been leaving. They are what keep me keepin’ on here at Little Birdie Blessings.
The vintage Valentine graphics included in this post are free to you. I hope you enjoy them.
If you didn’t read the previous post – every Thursday there is a Linky party right here with any project you’ve been working on that has scripture from the Bible. This week’s linky party will close Wednesday morning. I’ll be giving away a book of poems about Love, by Helen Steiner Rice to one of the participants. You can read the previous post here if you’re interested. SCRIPTURE THURSDAY
I’m going to be adding more hymn freebies. If you have particular ones you’re looking for, let me know in the comment section and I’ll try and accommodate. The same goes for vintage images or scripture. Let me know what some of your favorite types of images and favorite scriptures. I’m looking forward to your comments.
I wanted to add that I've had trouble commenting on some blogs. I normally use Firefox as my browser and discovered that by switching to Internet Explorer, I didn't have the issues. I kept both browsers open, and if I can't comment when in firefox, I copy/paste the URL into Internet Explorer.

The Scripture inspired linky party is a great idea. I believe it will grow fast.
ReplyDeleteThanks for organizing it, Abby!
And thanks for the lovely vintage images :)
Bless you.
These valentine images are just precious. Thanks for sharing these with all of us, Abby!
ReplyDeleteA Valentine with a poppy? Beautiful!! (My favourite flower happens to be the poppy!)
ReplyDeleteThank you for sharing and have a lovely day!
Enjoying a day off - and the first day in weeks when I've had the time to just scroll through my blog list to read and comment. I feel like I'm doing something scandalous - I should be working!!
ReplyDeleteActually, had to cancel my day's meetings with my daughter home sick and mom care-taking. Nice to know I'm still needed in a 24 year old's life. Soup's on and enjoying catching up - though I feel like I see you a great deal when I sneak away to Pinterest!!
Joy to you my friend!!
Thanks for the sweet Valentine images to add to my collection!
Kathy
Thanks so much for sharing these vintage images and the hymns. I'm new to your site and don't know how to "grab" them so I can use them. Sorry for the basic question, but if you can help I would appreciate it. My fav scripture by the way is Psalm 19:14

Yipee! I just figured out how to "grab" the images. Thanks.

Hi Jo4Him - wasn't sure how to contact you, but glad you figured it out. Just click on the image to make it larger, right click and save to your computer. ~ Abby
ReplyDeleteLove that verse and the last one, I Corinthians 13:13. Especially now during cold season, reminds me to be gently caring and patient when those we love need more attention.
ReplyDeleteWish I had time to make something pretty and enter your scripture party, sounds like fun! I will enjoy seeing what otheres do.
Your new valentines are so pretty! Thank you for sharing them!
May you be truly blessed!
Love, Linda
