Let's look for God's beauty in His creation today.
Something as simple as a delicate heart shaped flower of a bleeding heart shrub, reveals just a tiny portion of His Awesome creativity.
I don't know the specifics of this magnificent shrub, what I do know with closer inspection . . it's a masterpiece, created only by a Master.

Then God said, “Let the land produce vegetation: seed-bearing plants and trees on the land that bear fruit with seed in it, according to their various kinds.” And it was so. The land produced vegetation: plants bearing seed according to their kinds and trees bearing fruit with seed in it according to their kinds. And God saw that it was good. And there was evening, and there was morning—the third day. Genesis 1:11-13

Oh Abby! You share such lovely inspiration and beauty on your blog...it is a beautiful place to come and be refreshed!
ReplyDeleteThose flowers are so gorgeous - I am always struck by God's amazing creativity...He could have created plain, boring flowers, but He chose to use fantastic colours, designs and patterns...how can we not give Him all the glory for what He has done...?
Blessings to you and have a wonderful day!

Abby, do you know if the Bleeding heart plant comes in white blooms?
ReplyDeleteMy sister asked me and I have never seen one with white blooms, so couldn't say.
Ah Abby so true in all we see around us, the bleeding heart vine grows here and is very pretty.
ReplyDeleteHere is a link with details.

Abby, the bleeding heart is one of my favorite flowers and truly speaks of our loving Creator. Thank you for sharing that lovely image today! Just in front of my front window I can see a pink rhododendron in full bloom and just beyond that is a blooming mock orange with it’s sweet fragrance. I praise the Lord for that lush reminder of his magnificent creation. Hugs and prayers!
ReplyDeleteThe bleeding heart is one of my favorites, too. So beautiful and intricate. It is wonderful watching the wildflowers come to life here in New England -- bloodroot, starflowers, wood anenomes, goldthread and more. Check out my blog for a new flower that appeared this year!
ReplyDeleteI don't have one, but I should remedy that! My mother's garden has them.
ReplyDeleteSweet friend, there is indeed beauty all around us and it's thanks to our great God and Creator :)
ReplyDeleteThe sun is shining on the apple trees and their blossoms right now and it's a lovely sight!
Thanks for joining Roses of Inspiration. Hugs!
Thank you Abby - that bleeding heart is beautiful. What a wonderful Creator we have!!
