Contentment

When you accept rather than fight your circumstances,
even though you don't understand them,
you open your heart's gate to
 God's love, peace, joy,
and contentment.
  ~ Amy Carmichael ~

For I have learned
in whatever state I am,
to be content
Philippians 4:11b

Your post is encouraging and much needed today. I find myself each day in a battle for contentment in excepting my circumstances, but with God's help I know the victory will come for He is in control.

OH SO TRUE! :) Perfect timing for our world today!:) It's so easy to look at our circumstances instead of trusting the Lord! :)Thanks Abby! :)
